How can I delete my account or data?

To delete your account and all associated data, please send an email to admin@telyn.app from your registered email address. Your account will be permanently deleted within 7 days, and you’ll receive a confirmation once the process is complete.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We take your privacy seriously. All user information is securely stored using Firebase Authentication and Firestore, following industry-standard security practices.

How can I reset my password?

You can reset your password directly within the app. Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen or go to your Profile → Reset Password to receive a reset link via email.

Can I change my email address?

No, currently you cannot change your registered email address. It serves as your unique account ID, and email updates are not supported at this time.

What devices are supported?

Telyn is currently available as a mobile app for Android devices. We’re working on expanding compatibility to other platforms in the future.
